No, we work hard to limit how we bill you for our tech support services. Most services require a minimum of (2) hours based on the current hourly rate. If further time is required, you will be notified prior to this minimum time expiring.

Due to the nature of our tech support services, service warranties vary since changes can develop after we resolve an issue. We recommend contacting our team of experts to inquire if your needed service is protected by one of our warranty programs.
Onsite tech support is available. However, remote tech support is most convenient for both parties but this isn’t always available depending on the issue. We recommend talking to us before assuming to be sure we can help you make the right decision before scheduling an onsite visit.
